Dutch queer organisations and digital rights advocates are taking legal action against Meta in response to a wave of Instagram account removals targeting LGBTQIA+ venues, artists, publications and communities.

The legal action is being coordinated by reproductive rights advocacy group Repro Uncensored alongside Dutch digital rights organisation Bits of Freedom and several queer organisations and venues.
